You are locked in a room for a week. What and how would you feel in the following situations? And which ones can you endure for the entire week? a) The room is painted absolutely white, with no doors and no windows. b) The room is painted black with a large window overlooking a sea. c) The room is RED with no doors and no windows. key in your responses as: a)-- b)-- C)-- Go ahead and imagine!

a) In the white room, I would feel calm, and the white would change with my moods, i.e. either soften to a cream or pastel colour with my light moods or become dull and oppressive with my darker moods. b) A room painted black with a large window... well the window would take off the oppressive nature of the black, and I would spend the whole day by the window, looking out over the sea because this is very calming. At night, I would sleep well in a black-painted room, so that would be fine, despite the fact that black closes in on you. c) Red is a very angry colour and to be locked in a red room with no doors or windows would drive me nuts. I would absolutely abhor it.

Hey Darkwing! Really liked your imagination of the black room with the window! The window would take off the oppressive nature of the black... interesting!:)

Thank you.. that's just the way I see things. I think looking out of the window, across the sea opens out the whole aspect of freedom, where as languishing in a confined, black space kind of imprisons you.

So ask yourself this @Darkwing if there are no doors how the heck did you get in there in the first place.
