Thinking of quitting

I think you should focus on what you want from life, your career, your job and see what is in your best interest and how best you can go about it. I think if you are happy with your job then try to convince your boss through your work or effciency or by getting results that you deserve to get promotion or better salary. And if it doesn't work then look to work on your skills and search for company that best matches your profile and that pays better as your family and career are important for you. And you can always find job that interests you and suits you.
