For those with lots of referrals...how do you do it?

I think it is not totally a matter of getting referrals to join but for them to actually post on a regular basis. I have 9 referrals and they are all doing nothing at all. I know 2 of them found that the site wasn't for them so they just don't come here. Another 2 cannot sign in for some reason and myLot has never responded to any of their messages about that, so they won't come back again and the rest I have no idea who they are, except I know that they are not posting. So now I don't bother about referrals at all, instead prefer to go my own way and make what I do from my own discussions and responses. It seems from a variety of discussions that I have seen here that a lot of people are having problems getting their referrals to stay active. :)

I dont have any referrals yet either but I have created a website (on my profile) that has my referral links for sites I know are reliable, have paid me and that other people can earn from in the hope that they might sign up!

I do not have any referrals. I sent an email to 2 of my friends but they did not sign up.

I only have two at the moment, I tried hard to send them by mail from Mylot(invite new friends), but they don't joint my referral. I should think another way, get my refferal to the traffic sites, they can be offline or online. I hope I will be lucky soon.
