I always had some or the other problems with my teeth ans that too at a very age of my early twenties. Then one day I changed my doctor and the new doctor recommendedme few very easy tips to make my teeth healthier
1. stop drinking too much of cold drinks as these decay the calcium of the teeth
2. stop eating too much choclates and that too in the evening
3. Always brush your teeth at night before sleeping
When I practised these 3 steps, my visits to doctor was reduced and even I used to go to him after every 6 months for regular checkup, it used to be always fine. Thanks to that doctor of mine.
Do you brush at night?

Those are three simple steps that seem very easy to do. I never knew about the cold drinks eating away the calcium. I will be giving your methods a try. I truly dislike going to the dentist and will try to avoid it any way I can. Thank you for positing this. Best of luck to you.
