i pursuing engineering frman indian university and we have all kinds of students in our class some who r really brain boxes and the others who r idiots of highest order. we have one of our maths professors who is a real gem of a person,inspite of teaching really well he motivates us to work hard he points out to our gud qualities and alwways tries to enhance thm after his lecture is over we r always left in an inertial mode of studies whr we feel tht weve got to do smthing big in life and we r actually capable of doing tht. and on the other side we hav sm teachers who just cm teach and go thy r not at all interested in boosting up our confidence or MOTIVATING us. if u have had similar situations do share with us and let me knw tht does motivation count to a high value..??
