Nothing can stop a dog from shedding. Brushing them at least once a week or more will help keep the hair from ending up all over your house. A high quality diet can also help reduce shedding, but if your dog is a breed that sheds, which pomeranians are for sure, he will always shed. My best tip for caring for your dog is don't overfeed it. You should be able to easily feel his ribs, but not see them. I used to work for a vet but I got sick of it and quit, partially because I was tired of seeing overweight dogs and owners who were too much in denial to realize their dogs were lard tubs.

oh even i feel bad when i see dog over weight. But the owners shd understand that pets r also living beings even they understand, react everything just they cant talk.
Anyways about my dog i do brush him 2-3 times a week but his hairs r found everywhere in house.

i treat them as members of my family. How they're treated is not unlike the way I'd treat a 3-4 yr.old.
Their needs are met before mine and one eye is on them 24/7 to keep them from harm and out of mischief.
They go where I go for the most part.I play with them for 15-30 minutes 2-3 times a day and we take a 3 mile walk daily.
Their comfort is important to me and I've put blankets over the seatbelts in the back of the car so they don't poke the dogs and have sun shades in the back windows. They're both black and evan with air conditioning the sun shining continually on one spot is very uncomfortable.
One has arthritis and when he starts to limp he gets messages after a heating pad is applied.
They have a cattle trough to swim in which really helps with the arthritis. They have plenty of toys to keep their minds occupied with when I'm busy or gone.
They go to the vet monthly to be weighed and for heartworm pills.Weighing them is'nt necessary but I feel it's important to show them that a trip to the vet is not always unpleasant.
Flea meds are applied monthly, nails are cut when needed.Fed twice daily with the best food I can give them that they'll eat.
They have plenty of soft blankets and beds to lay on in their favorite spots so they are'nt on the cold hard floor.
They've never been chained, kenneled or crated. They are always at my side.I make everyday an adventure for them and they're always ready to go.Long car rides are their favorite cos there's lots of stops along the way for them to stretch.
The vet they see is wonderful with them. She would'nt dream of doing anything with my boys without my being present.Vet techs are not allowed to take an animal from it's owner until it's absolutely necessary. If pet needs surgery owners are encouraged to bring blankets or toys from home so there's a familiar smell to help comfort the pet while in their care and also shown where pet will be kept while recovering.Owners are also encouraged to visit the pet.
My dogs are well socialized and well mannered.I put them in as many different situations as I can safely so they'll have no fear of silly things.
My dogs have the best of everything I can provide them with. They are treated with more respect and consideration than I treat people with.
They are brushed regularly and occasionally get teeth brushed as well. They also get lots of hugs.

It is very common for hair fall in dog. As we humans loose about 200 hairs per day, dogs also loose hairs, but they do more profusely. And dogs loose all their hair and get a new coat whenevery theiris a change in the season. This happens twice a year in preparation for winter and summer. My dog has also been loosin a lot of hair recently. brushing them whenever necessary will do the trick.
