i cant sleep without a pillow... i feel a discomfort when i dont have a pillow

Nope. The only time I've ever slept without a pillow is when I stayed by my boyfriends side when he was in the hospital and that was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever done.

yes i can sleep withou a pillow...it doesnt matter to me whether i sleap with pillow or without pillow.... i once read that sleeping on pillow can lead to some problems in us. i dont exactly remember that but it is bad to sleep on pillow is what i have heard
