If given an opportunity would you not love to take an afternoon nap at office?

My office and residence are interconnected and whenever I find time, especially after lunch, I often love to go and take some afternoon nap. I am self employed and thus could manage the show without anyone raising an eyebrow. But I would like to know from others and especially the ones who are working as employees: Wouldn't they love to go for a nice afternoon nap, if given an opportunity? And for those who already do so, how are they able to manage it in office environment?

Yes to a lot it really looks a bit disgraceful to go for a nap, especially in an environment where all around you are working.

I think a nap would be a great way to destress for a bit and then wake up refreshed. My problem would be not wanting to get up in time!!! lol

I think I would love the opportunity if I was stressed or very tired during the work day.
I know I could of used it when I worked in an office once when I was pregnant.... It was difficult to try not to doze off after lunch I was just so exhausted from being pregnant.... but one still has to make a living and pay the bills.
