did u know abt soaring real estate prices in mumbai,for that matter all over india! its highest returning investment for afluents but is a bane of life for newcomers.i m looking for flat with budget of 16-18 lacs in mumbai and may or may not to ur surprise im not geeting even a 1BHK in decent locality in navi mumbai.when there will be more MNCs the prices are bound to rise and paucity of land will/may worsen the senario in near future. so where a 30-35k pm salaried professional will live in this maximum city?
