it helps to get referals as well as posting and responding. because you get a percentage of what your referals earn.

Try to reply to as many discussions as possible... but while doing so also have meaningful responses as one or two work posts actually do not help you earn money. find discussions for which you can contribute a lot to.

Post alot of posts per day! maybe 50(then u mite get half a dollar) :D and $10 in 20 days......
