i was thinking what's his mood today. and what can i serve this coming days? i was afraid that i might lost his interest eating the menu that i know to prepare. if i'm taking care peparing his food so seriously, i might end up his maid or cook.i know he likes caldereta or pasta but i cannot afford to buy lamb meat, don't have the courage to bake lasagna in a microwave oven. he misses his father's cookings so much.

My husband likes a lot of different foods escpecially home cooked meals or spicy foods. I always make him his mother's recipe of Chicken & Dumplings for his birthday. I sometimes make it on other days for him. If he likes vegetables try a stir fry with them and some other meat of chicken.

There are a few things I cook that make my husband's eyes light up when he walks in the door. He loves to come home and find that the house smells like something good to eat. Last night he had this huge smile on his face when he smelled roast. His number one favorite food is steak. Reminds him of his family. After that, lasagna. His grandma taught him how to make it and he taught me.

My husband loves my pizza and loves it when we make veggie tacos (with vegetarian meat - even though he does eat meat). these are two things I know will always get four stars - and they are easy to make.

My fiances favorite foods are easy to identify. He's in love with meatless buffalo chicken nuggets (from morningstar farms), fetuccini alfredo, cherry pie, asparagus . . . I try to make him his favorite foods when he's had a long day or hasn't been feeling well and is on the mend. It's nice to cheer someone up by doing something as simple as making food.
