Eating right & exercising is the best way to go when wanting to lose weight! For example.. Exercise helps a great deal when you are wanting to lose weight. Some form of exercise that you could do are things such as: Jogging, pilates for flexibility, weightlifting is really good occasionally to do if you are wanting to develop muscle. I personally love power walking as I find it helps to build stamina. If those aren't easy for you to do due to your schedule.. You could just do regular everyday activities. Such as just going for a walk, riding a bike to the grocery store, mopping the floor, taking your dog for a walk, etc..
I honestly believe that . . A well balanced diet & everyday exercise is the best way to lose weight. I mean it may help you to stay trim, but it also is the healthier way to do things.
There are a few things I know would help me to lose weight. I'd try to eat breakfast, lunch & dinner as I find missing out on things such as this would really help one to become weak rather fast! For breakfast what I usually would have is whole wheat bread with low fat butter, with poached eggs. I did this occasionally but not on a regular basis. Other-wise I would have things such as: toast with low fat butter, a glass of milk, some fruit (an apple, orange, etc), & then if you are a coffee or tea drinker.. Have a cup of coffee/tea with low cat sweetener instead of using regular sugar.
For lunch I'd have things such as: A salad, with a low fat dressing or you can look up low fat recipes for salad dressings.. Also tuna is very good to have on on a diet.. If you can't handle it on it's own use low fat mayo. Soups as well are very good as it has everything in it.. Broiling meats is a healthy alternative as well.. Eat lots of fruits & vegetables if you can..
The best thing I call tell you to do other then that is.. Eat only healthy food such as: Granola bars, popcorn with no salt/butter, salads, special K, etc.. And if you are looking for a special energy car.. With plenty of protein, you could try balance bars.. They can be yummy it all depends upon which ones you try.. But they also.. Will give you the necessary vitamins that you will need.
Just buy lighter foods in general.. An example I can give you is: Baked Lays are a lot better then having something such as regular Lay's potato chips.. A granola bar is a much healthier choice then let's say a chocolate bar..
Just try to eat the right foods, drink water, try to take in the right carbs/protein, & work out regularly. If you are going to snack go for healthier things to snack on.. And if you can.. Try to make it a routine. It will be difficult to adjust to at first but it does indeed take time.. Try to set your goal & just go for it! I wish you all the best. Just lose weight in a healthy manner, as I know some people will resort to starving themselves or not eating enough protein that will help them give you energy.. As that is very unhealthy to do it this way! . . Best wishes. xx

I avoid eating rice because it is high in carbs and also, avoid meat and other dairy products. Avoid sweets too, eat an apple everyday and do to the GYM, take vitamin C as well, it boost your immune system.

I don't have a program. I just have to stop snacking sweets. Eat more salads, and less bread and potatoes. That will usually help cut down some weight for me.

I've started trying to lose weight and my goal is to eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. I've been attempting to get at least 5 per day but sometimes it is hard. I have also been drinking water like crazy. Working my way up to 64 ounces per day. Last week I lost 2 and a half pounds. So exciting!
