What is with the star by people's name?

star is a way people's appreciating others topic / comments as a good one's. You'll have stars after your reach 100 comments, and don't forget to rate peoples topic / comments with + if you think they're posting a good topic / comments, - if you think that they're crossing the limits, and ! to report to mylot staff for breaking violation. In that way, helping others to see the quality of their own post / topic as a feedback, and also helping your self to get some star. The star number can increase and decrease depends on peoples reaction on your topic / comments.

It's a rating. U don't get one until u've reached 100 posts. People can rate your discussions and you can rate others.
