I read abou this on CNN today - apparently a man took his wife out to the wilderness for a 'trip'. Once they were in the wilderness this man beat and raped his wife then hung her from a tree with her feet barely touching the ground!! Then cut her down and did it again - AND HE VIDEOTAPED THE WHOLE THING!! Apparently this crime was listed in detail on the internet and he had printed it out and taken it with him to the site where everything occurred. Why would someone do such a thing? I am completely flabbergasted by this! Thoughts??

Some people are a bit sick to say the least. It's scary to think that someone you pass on the street could be capable of something like that.

That really scared me. It seems there are more people getting insane these days. It really made me think to get married. Watching the news everyday and having seen these kind of reports made me think and made me believe it's hard to trust anyone even the people you know for a long time.

Some people are just sick. And, it's not just men. I've met a couple of women who could only get turned on if the guy pretended to rape them.

That is extremely sick and sad. I feel so bad for the wife! Some women tend to be drawn to men that abuse them. This man needs to have the same thing done to him in prison.

The man is clearly insane. Too bad his wife didn't see that in time...Such people belong in a mental institution were professional help can be provided to them and hopefully cure them!! As for the wife..I can't say how sorry I am. It feels really bad knowing, that maybe you could fall in the same kind of trap she did.

I can't even imagine what she must be feeling right now - betrayal, disgust, embarassment, confusion - the list goes on and on.

Something happened like that near our home! A man took his wife out to an orchards and beat and rapped her. All because she burned their dinner! This really scares me! To think that I have children that I am bringing up in this world..... I wonder how bad it will be when they are grown?

I know what you mean but really I think stuff like this has always gone on but in the past it was kept "hush hush" or people just didn't want to get involved. The media plays a big part... Thanks for stopping by!

Sad to say - it disgusts me, but it doesn't surprise me. Nothing surprises me anymore. There are a lot of really sick people in the world. It's sick, what he did to her. I wonder how many people he did things like this to that we don't know about.
