fixing the dallas defense

someone in big d needs to figure out that roy williams cannot cover deep very well at all and that he needs to move to outside linebacker. at outside linebacker he will be able to wreck havoc in the backfield and cover man to man on tight ends, slot, etc. any other suggestions?
