My 6 year old got it from school.. I've bought Kwell, lice shampoo, used a thin-toothed comb and even manually removed lice eggs but they come back right away. I'm getting tired of this, know any effective way to get rid of them for good?

My daughter recently got it and we did the lice removal shampoo. And that didn't work so great, as well as cost a bundle and we did all the laundry.
Well it said wait for seven days, but during that seven days, I was seeing more. So we bought some over the counter lice spray for the bedding and I was looking on a website, it says Extra Strength Denorex works and we just happened to have some. Gotta let it sit on the head for about a minute, but it bothers kids a bit, nothing major.
So I washed her hair every day with it, and blow dried it. Lice can't take the heat. I also bought one of those good lice combs, metal with very tiny space between. And we sprayed the bedding every morning.
Well by the time the 7 days came along, I redid her hair and there was nothing. Not even a single egg I could find. She's now lice free and I intend...according to the web site...to wash her hair every 2 weeks with Denorex, and blow dry every time you wash with regular shampoo, as well as the Denorex. And every 2 weeks run the lice comb through to be sure.
And if you find anything, do the Denorex thing every night again, till they are gone again.

If you apply the Kwell but don't send all the linens and his clothing through a good hot wash at the same time, then you aren't really getting rid of the problem.
You also need to do some serious disinfcting of any furniture that ha cloth or upholstery and see if he is around children at his school, who are also suffering from lice.
When doing the thorough housecleaning, try placing some eucalyptus essential oil in the bucket that you mop you florrs with, if you have those types of floors. If you have carpets then shampoo them thoroughly and sprinkle them with boric acid, powder form.
If you have pets then get them groomed.
