What piercings do you have? Did it hurt? Tell me about them.

I have 5 "normal" piercings in my left ear and 3 in the other. I also have my left nostril pierced. I did all of my own ear piercings back in the early 80's just when wearing multiples got started. Man I use to have the metal hanging off my ears! I had my nose done in 1987 (I was 21) on a trip out to California and saw a booth on Venice beach doing them for $10.00. It was something I saw on a girl a few years before and thought it looked neat and thought here's my chance to have it done and cheaply. Unfortunately it did become infected but with time, cleaning and Neosporin it did clear up. I enjoy the look of it but hate the stupid questions. The funniest was when someone would ask if my nose ring shot out if I blew my nose. Duh! And once someone asked my how I pick my nose! I told them to the second knuckle! HA! At age 39, there are a few other piercings I'd like to get, one being a tragus maybe an industrial. I also like the look of a ring through the bottom center. Am I too old for all that? hehe

I have two piercings on each of my earlobes (one set stretched to 10 gauge), my left cartilage, my right nostril, and my belly button. I have had the earlobe piercings since I was young, and have gotten all the rest in the past year or so.

I have both nipples pierced and I don't think that they hurt at all to start with. The healing process was a little bit painful.

I have two piercings in each ear lobe, and the cartilage in my left ear. I also have both nipples pierced and my sternum (cleavage). Out of all of the piercings the most painful piercings were my nipples. I had them pierced twice, because I let then grow up the first time (they were both in different places and they were not level). Of course the first time was painful, but getting them redone was almost unbearable! Nothing in my ears really hurt, and I didn't have a chance for my cartilage to hurt. The piercer on that had the needle in before I was even expecting anything to happen. Amazingly enough, the piercing in my chest didn't hurt. The only pain with that piercing was trying to get the placement just right and putting the clamps on. I got the ear piercings, just because I'm a girl. Most every girl in the world has her ears pierced. The first time I had my nipples done it was because my boyfriend offered to pay, and I figured why not. The second time, was because I really missed that adornment. I think they are quite beautiful. My cleavage piercing came about mostly from a website, bmezine.com. I saw that piercing on many girls and thoguht it was very appealing. When I asked my local piercer about surface piercings, he offered to do it for free (he was trying to start promoting it in our area). The free part sealed the deal for me, and I have been extremely happy with it.
