How do You Deal with NOISEY NEIGHBORS????

I had some baby mama drama people living next door. They flooded my apartment by placing a shirt on their water sprinkler and flooded the entire downstairs. They didn't even apologize either and constantly reeked of pot, people went in and out of their house all the time too so I think they were dealing. They got evicted though thank god! I also have neighbors upstairs that sound like the elephant brigade. There's about five of them that live there and one small child. I don't know WHAT they let that child do but things are slammed around so much upstairs that I've had pictures actually fall off my wall from them.

if this problm is for 2-3 days then i can manage but if it is regular then i dont tolerate.i will find sumthing to do with this problm.cutting their power of home to police complain.

Pmsl. I made friends with them! I have been lucky with my neighbours and not had the experience of very noisy neighbours. but if i ever do i will be sure to check back here for some handy tips! xxx
