thigh strain injuries

I am currently helping out managing a local ladies team, now the main problem is that no matter how much stretches and warm-ups we do, one or more always come down with sever thigh muscle pain

They may not be intaking enough potassium or fluids. Get them to eat foods high in potassium and increase their water intake. If this doesn't help, consult a doctor.
