Its very easy to start your own website, freewebtown.com offer up to 2gb of storage thats a 500 page web site, you have to pay if your bandwidth gets low but then not everything is free when it says free.
Then of course you build it up. FrontPage or Microsoft Word is what I use. I love them, they are so simple using the what you see is what you get forumula of formatting.
Go and have a go, you'll be amazed what you can do. I might offer a little support but truthfully learning it all your self is a great achievement.

I have a website but I haven't done much with it lately. I really like FrontPage and Dreamweaver. I just know a little of HTML. Since I don't know much those 2 programs are very helpful. I was able to put together a web page pretty easily.

I admit I know a little html and I learn a little more every now and again.
I am now looking at php and msql which is advanced but I had to learn this stuff to help out a friend with a V bulletin forum. It was like tears before bedtime, gnashing teeth and lots of boiled sweets at the computer.
We did it and now we have a vague idea about php, we are not experts but if we can do it, any one can. For msql you need a site that supports msql.

I own a lot of websites but never download my serials. But storage.to is good server but people don´t download my files. I dont know what I should upload.

I have a few websites. I also use Frontpage. I love how it makes it so easy. Now I have recommend for those who don't have frontpage or can't afford it (it's not a cheap program after all) to check out NVU. It's a free one that works almost like frontpage.
I love making my websites and making them better and better. It's not always easy to find the time to work on them but I still enjoy it.

Yes I made up a free website several years ago I had alot of fun doing it. I just posted alot of pictures of my family..
