How to make an ISP????

to make an isp you need to have a good server with good connectivity to all the networks.

ISP is Internet Service Provider. maybe can same like reseller and you selling bandwith. you need tools and money to build it not really cheap you must have a BIG source of bandwith for resale it again to other people.
