Should orkut be banned?

As you all guys might know that there are cases going on orkut.com. what you personally feel for banning orkut.com. I think that orkut has no privacy for massages that can be viewed publicly. someusers or rather I call them missusers make hell out of this site. the sitecan be useful in many ways but some or the other ways it is getting spoilt by bugs outthere.
