I've heard that baked potato satisfies chocolate cravings. It shares some of the same chemical components with chocolate but is much, much healthier. I've never tried it myself, but I've come across it in tons of health magazines and tips.

not over eating chocolate can actually help you in your diet. based on my experience and its really true. eating 1/4 bar of your chocolate cannot make you fat it will satisfy you in cravings. go on make it a habit but only 1/4 bar a day.

I am on a diet too and just can't give up chocolate. I buy those 10 packs of snack size Snickers, Almond Joy, Twix and Hersheys bars for $1. Each one is only 70 calories. Eat 2 of them and be satisfied. I've been eating them every week and still lose weight.

Can't you get some diet chocolate? That will stop the craving. Or, just take one chocolate hard candy, that won't kill the diet. Good luck.

3 musketeers bars are pretty healthy. they also have weight watchers snacks and other brands in chocolate. that would help curb the craving and not kill the diet.

This may sound bizarre but try eating broccoli. My sister and I both found that at certain times of the month (I'm sure you know what I'm talking about) we would both get horrific cravings for chocolate when in fact we were low on iron. Since we both love broccoli, we eat that and the craving goes away. I suspect any dark green veggie high in iron would do the trick.
But if it really is chocolate you need, indulge. Buy a small portion of a good quality chocolate and savor every bite.
