Bad Day Smoking

I was doing so good on cutting back on smoking and I really bombed today. I have a feeling I will have a whole pack smoked before the day is over. What can I do to not smoke?

try to keep yourself occupied. maybe go for a walk in the fresh air when the need to smoke hits you - it is more healthy also and since I have seen that u are on some kind of diet excercise is never wrong. =)

try chewing gum or sucking on a lollipop or hard candy. i find that if i have something else in my mouth i do not smoke as much.
