Allergic to Milk

Does anyone else's child(ren) have allergies to milk protein? When the baby was born she kept developing a skin rash. Finally it was determined it was the protein in milk. Now that she eats, its very difficult to find products that have absolutely no dairy/milk by products in it. Anyone who's experienced this, do they out grow it? If so about what age. If not, do you find the problem gets better or worse as they get older
