Religion...Obstruction in Love Marriage!!!

Love is Blind. We dont really care about religion when we take the first step towards falling in love. But later as we become serious about the relationship we think about religion, converting to other religion and stuffs....But hardly anyone is successful in this inter caste marriage. Either they end up broken hearted or commit suicide. But their parents are never bothered about their children. They stick to their ego and say "No intercaste marriage". Why cany they be happy with what their children wants? Is religion everything that they want? Why cant they just continue with the same religion and get married and live happily together. Any comments??
