I saw this morning where Malibu, CA has had snow and ice. I think they said this is the first in 20 years. Seems like our weather gets stranger every year. We have barely had winter here in Georgia. Guess that means we will have a really hot summer with lots of mosquitos!!!

Yes you have. My husband's favorite channel is the weather channel and at any given time he can tell me what the weather is anywhere in the world. We call him weather man! lol

I'm in S.E. Mass and it's been pretty warm until now. Yesterday it was 10 degrees. Today we have 34 degrees currently at 11:pm There's a storm coming but it's coming up the coast off the ocean. Since the ocean is still 45 degrees or so(above average) it's warming so we are getitn rain where I am. Of course it's supposed to freeze in the morning...isn't that special.
I don't know but this has been the craziest weather I've seen. We still haven't had any snow and it's getting to the end of January. I know one thing for sure.. I don't want more mosquitos or heat..lol

You have been having some warm weather!! Guess now that is over. Do you get a lot of snow on the average? I am with you on the mosquitos. I am allergic to them so if more than 2 bite me I end up taking Benadryl which makes me sleepy and I hate that. We also have little black knats that bite like crazy and of course I am allergic to them also. I smell like a can of bug spray all summer long because I won't step outside without having something on and I love the outdoors!

Well, it was 70 degrees here (southern NJ, near Philly) just a few weeks ago...and it snowed (just flurries) last week! It is screwy! I think it's the constant changing of the landscape...the more open space we pave over, the warmer the earth gets (concrete retains heat). Wacky!

It is definitely wacky. I think it may be cold here in Northern Georgia for the next few days. Our March flowers are already blooming. First time I have seen them bloom in January.
