Scary But true tales about the "gift" in my life

I know alot of people when they think of ghost and the paranormal, they just laugh and brush it off like they dont exsist, but they do. as a child ive had a gift of seeing such things. i couldnt explain these things to my mother which thought i was losing my mind. Ive seen things that would make the average person just go insane litteraly. My friend explained to me that i have a gift, but i really dont want to use this gift. for a while i would close my mind and didnt like to think of the idea of ghost and spirits. each time though i would hear things and feel things no one else could. when my cat jamie start brining things to my attention thats when i knew the gift was coming back. the oddest experice that happen to me was just yest yesterday, i kept hearing this scream in the house with no one there. all the lights were off and i was alone. its starting all over again and im becoming aware of them and start start seeing this again? what can i do to stop this? besides get help
