i have trouble with getting my twin daughters to go to sleep every night

hi i have twin daughters aged 6 years old evey night i go through the same thing i put them to bed between 7pm and 8pm every night but as soon as i get down the stairs they get out of their bed and begin to move and bang about and start jumping on their beds and i have to constanly have to ask them to go to sleep and explain that they will be very tired in the morning when they have to wake up for school and tell them there will be no sweets if they do not do as they are told but still they continue to do this every night and it is very stressful to have to keep putting up with this every night of my life they dont fall to sleep until 10pm at night and even though they are so tired they wont give in and just wont go to sleep until its very late. unfortunatly i cant seperate them as we only have a 2 bedroom house so they have to share a room. if you have any help and advice on this matter it would be so much appreciated does any one else have this problem? be nice to hear from you.
