What kinds of food does your baby enjoy when he/she was around 10 months old? I am having a difficult time looking for food that my baby would like to eat. He is mostly into mangoes and soft food. But I would like to introduce more "solid" food, like rice and meat. How do I do this?

My baby enjoyed porridge with either fish, minced pork and chicken. In addition, all types of veggies, especially carrots, all mashed up. My son only had 4 teeth at that age.
I think you should give your baby time , introduce the solid food slowly when he is ready.

well they have meat that you can buy that's blended.. our little guy was able to handle small pieces of chicken by then.. but alot of them aren't .. Buy a food proccessor if you can, and use that to break up the food into smaller bits so your baby can eat it.

I started mine out with small pieces of soft vegetables & potatoes, chicken, beef and pasta. I also gave them small pieces of cheese.
As they grew older I added more. I made sure they even tried things I did not care for, as they can get to like different foods. I never had picky eaters at all when my kids were younger.
It worked because my adults kids now eat a huge variety of foods and they are willing to try new ones. :)
