sending to school for education is a privilege or obligation of the parents...

children have the right to go to school. and i think it is the responsibility of the parents to provide their child quality education that will make their child enhance their own potentials so that in the future they can use it to enhance further if they will be going to choose their own careers in life. but sad to say most us filipinos dont have the luxiries to send a child in school. so more and more children in my country really lack knowledge and never really enhanced their minds.
