Birthday gift for my daughter 9 years old

First of all congratulation to you in advance for your daughter's birth day. Many people think that children at age of 8-12 love to play with toys and always want toys, games etc as birth-day gift. I think its not work out in most of the cases. This is the growing age for children and they will not remember all such gifts for long period of time. This ususally happens because they changes their taste, liking etc very frequently. So, if you really want to give her something she will remember, take her to dinner at her favorite restaurant, or fast food, and take her to see a movie. If she has everything, give a gift of "yourself" and spend some good time with her. I am sure she will going to love and remember her 9th birth day.
