my husband is wanting to adopt my daughter my question is does anyone know where we have to get the papers at?if its from the courthouse or threw a lawyer?we really do not need a lawyer for this but we are stuck.her bio dad was abusive and never even established paternity so i was told we have to run a ad in the paper which is fine but we are confused about where to get papers from.has anyone got a clue?your help is greatly appreciated.
