that's a nice way of coping. music can be therapeutic, indeed, helps you deal with the toughness of life. thanks for responding.

when the going gets tough, i still keep going. i never runaway with something because i think that it's the tough experiences that best contribute to our personal growth and learnings about life. i admit that there are times that i do breakdown and cry but after the tears, i fix myself, get up and still go where i am suppose to go no matter how hard or tough it may be.

yes, no matter how far you run, your problems will run after you, and even catch up with you, right?

When the going gets tough I tend to do a lot of yelling and screaming at anything and everything in sight . Eventually I cool down enough to talk about it with my husband or a friend . This generally makes me feel much better .

When the going gets touch... i keep going. i have to, i really have no choice, because i have three kids that depend on me. And a hubby that depends on me. I think if i fall apart he wouldnt know what in the world to do. I feel that our world turns because of me... and if i wasn't there, then it would fall apart to peices.
