Broccoli Cornbread Muffins

I'm looking for something different to do with this recipe someone told me i could add chicken too it but they didn't tell me how much or if i should change something in it or what so if anyone has this recipe and has tried it with chicken or something different let me know i'm going to list the items that i use so this will help.
jiffy cornbread muffin mix
milk
eggs
butter
broccoli
cheese
onion
gralic powder
Any new suggestions would be great thanks.

I really have any new suggestions other than to keep experimenting.
I put a respond to this because my g/f made some cornbread biscuits yesterday and she said it was excellant(I would not know as i have tasted her cornbread before and now value my tastebuds).

lol thanks for the comment i must admit i don't like my own cornbread but i do pretty good with the muffins everytime we have a dinner people request i make these so i wanted something new to try with them.

I have an idea for you, its going to totally change what your making though.
take all of your ingredients you have there, minus what you need for the muffins, and mix it all together. Add in some chicken, I'd say cream of chicken soup, but from your ingredients it looks like your more of a "from scratch" kinda person lol. put that all in a casserole dish, THEN spread out your muffin batter across the top of it, and bake (I have no idea how long it will take) till the muffin part is done (at this point so should the rest).
other things that could be good to add to this, mushrooms, greenbeans, corn all sound pretty good in this manner
This is making me hungry thinking about it.
