what will have to do for group discussion

i don't think that Concentration is the only step of it. But i mean to say that with concentration it doesn't not mean that we only speak and no one else speak in the group, but it is that how to start with it, then how to summarize with it, then what points should be taken in to account. And finaaly we one conclude the discussion he should know that in conclusion he should consider the points of all the members in the group and should not speak upon his points only in the conclusion. The conclusion means it should summarize the points of each and every member's main points.

I would say you do not need to take over the discussion and let others also talk.. use real facts and figures if you have and be a member of the discussion and put your view point and not just to debate on anything and make someone else believe what you feel and make them believe in the same.
