also try to have a goal for your self. Reward yourself sometimes. That, 'if you pass this coming exams that i will buy [something]'

Just divide ur portion into small parts, number them, suppose u have divided ur one subject into 200 parts. Wright 1 to 200 on one page. now complete the part u like, scratch the number of that part. Round the part u fill most difficult.. study it when ur really in mood of study..commit urself to finish one part in the time u have decided according to days left for exam.
Understand the theme; Don't try to byheart.

first try to think what makes not to concentrate on your study ? there may be several reasons, you may be in love, you have some family disturbances, you don't like the subject you are studying etc.
then take one by oe cuase and try to isolate you from those cause and try to get interesting topics to start with. try to involve yourself in games and play, try to talk with your friends and family relatives as much as openly possible. these all will help you to reduce the mental burden if you have anything and thus you will be able to concentrate.

You can try this. Most especially if you have exams.
- Stay away from nightly habits such as bar hopping, going to malls etc.
- Avoid any kinds of distructions like PC/console games (if you can't control, just play minimal hours)
- Always sleep early, this makes your mind clear and ready to learn.
- Eat healthy foods, this makes your body hype and the feeling of not tiring.
- And most of all during pre-exams weeks, study your notes from the very first start of school.
I hope this helps. :)
