shud one be very strict with their servants ? give reason for ur answer

servants start behaving like they r the boss when u treat them like members of family. do u think they shud be treated strictly n made sure tht they know they r workin n not the boss around . how can 1 do it without being rude... or does it really matter even if u r rude to make sure tht they dont cross their limits

i think its not like that... servants are knowing their responsibilities and thier positions and they act according to that.. If they act like that then it shows they are in good mood and they never going to take more than that...
