Is IT on its way to depriving the resources for other jobs such as agro, textile and such conventional jobs? Or are they helping in recreating these interests

IT is really starting to completely alter the workplace. Most of the old industries are becoming a lot less labor intensive.
They are contributing to efficiency in those industries. In Australia, agriculture used to be a major employer, as well as a major employer. Now, it's a very much smaller workforce with a very much bigger output.
