I just started this and I'm not quite sure how the rating system works. What's a good rating and what's a bad rating? Is high or low good? Can you see other people's ratings? Do your ratings affect how much you get paid? I'd really appreciate if I could understand these things. Enlighten me.

The higher the rating the better, the number beside your name is your rating and the higher the number the more money you make, you can see other peoples ratings beside their name in ( )/ the more posts and the better posts you make the higher your number will get and also by the responses you get from your discussions.

Do you also get a better rating for starting discussions or just for posting answers?
