its simple man... u just register your account in paypal and give the registered email id in mylot-payment information in your profile. then after reaching your 10 dollars they will pay you.. you should reach 10 dollars within this month.. then only you will get it on paypal on or before 15th of next month.... You can withdraw your amount from paypal..is it clear now..
