I watch the Ellen Degeneres Show, and she started a life list this season. She had a guest on her show that inspired her to do so. A life list is like setting goals, a list of things you want to do in your life, and the ultimate goal is to make these things happen.
Do you have a life list, and if you do, what are some of the things on it? If you dont have one, consider making one...it is good to set goals and keep yourself actively pursing them...it gives you a sense of hope and accomplishment!
Here are a few things on my life list: I'm only gonna name 10, but dont limit yourself on your list...the point is to keep yourself doing things, and checking them off...so far I haven't checked off too many things yet!!
1. I would like to bungee jump, once
2. I would like to travel around the USA
3. I would like to learn how to paint pictures
4. I would like to visit DisneyLand or DisneyWorld with my husband and children
5. I would like to go and see a Cleveland Browns football game at the stadium
6. I would like to have a formal wedding (I was married in the courthouse)
7. I would like to learn how to ski
8. I would like to try scuba diving
9. I would like to learn to play the piano
10. I would like to go to Las Vegas and gamble

Take a ride in a: Blimp, Hotair Balloon, Hovercraft, Submarine, Helicopter, Spacecraft.
Attend: Indy 500, NHL game.
Put on a: Sci-Fi Convention, Music Concert, Haunted House, Art Show, Parade, Bizarre Puppet Show.
Ride a: Camel, Llama, Moose.
Pet a: Platypus
Make: Outsider Art, Junk Art, a Movie.
Learn to speak Esperanto.
Do lots more traveling.
Record more music.
Make a comfortable living doing what I like.
Do charitable things.

no, i dont have a life list but that sounds like a good idea. i dont think i know right now all what i want to do in life, but i guess i have a few things.
1. love and be loved
2. help my family
3. help afghanistan and its people
4. learn arabic
5. travel the world
6. be happy
i guess they're not very specific, but that's just how i am.

I would like to become a respected and well known writer
I would like to own a better home, more efficent
I would like to lose 125 pounds and keep it off, working on that
I would like to go to Scotland, France, Australia, Alaska and visit more of USA.
I would like to have a retirement fund but don't at 57 right now.
I would like to be financally secure and am not yet
I would like to pay off all debts and mortgage owed
I would like to own a heated indoor pool and hot tub
I would like to Go to disney land
I would like to own a snowmobile
I would like to have a formal wedding on my 40th wedding anniversary because I never got one when we got married in the court house. I regret though mom and dad won't be there because they are gone now.
I would like to have all my children happy in their lives
I would like to own a nice car
I would like to buy nice furniture
I would like to have better health and health care

My list is as follows:
1. I want to play Guitar.
2. I want to sing a song for my Love on a stage with lotz of crowd.
3. I want to meet Shah Rukh Khan and Shake hand with him.
4. I want to finsih my SAP course in next 45 days.
5. I want to go to Genting Hiland for a vacation.

I'd like to go sky diving or bungee jumping. Im scared of heights, but i wana try.
I'd like to see disneyland or world, whichever is in Florida, as its closer.
I want to have kids.
I want to see Europe.
I think thats some of the big things, i just want to do and try things and have a great life.

I haven't taken the time to officially write one down yet. However, I do have a few things in mind that I'd like to accomplish in my life...
- Meet my soulmate and get married (at Disney World)
- Start my own business
- Have children (preferably 2)
- Vacation at the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas
- Meet my online friend (Kassie) from Australia
I actually had another goal to meet someone with progeria, and that was accomplished the other day. A little girl in my town has the disease, and she came to the store I work at the other day.
Although, that might seem kind of insensitive to some people. I've always been fascinated by children who are unfortunate enough to have the disease. They know that their time here is very limited, so they go above and beyond to make the best of it. The amount of confidence and happiness that's expressed by these children is probably more than a lot of us will have in our lifetime.

1. would like to visit the rainforests of Washington.
2. would like to shop at the Mall of the Americas, stay at a hotel nearby and have a great dinner somewhere different that where I live.
3. own a motorcycle
4. own a hybrid hummer
5. rebuild my house
6. become a market gardener
7. have goats, horses, pigs, guineas, ducks, chickens, etc.
8. Be more active with my Ebay store.
Well that should do it for now. It is not in any particular order of course. This has been and neat exercise. Thanks for this discussion!

1: I want to move back to Newfoundland to live
2: I want to get my taxes paid off
3: I want to go to Cuba
4: I want to go to Las Vegas
5: I want to be in the audience of the Ellen Degeneres Show
6: I wane to catch a bigger trout than my husband
7: I want my kids to figure out their lives and stop blaming it on my illness any problems they have

Wow that's crazy that you would start a post about this because I was just thinking about this the other day! We had to do this in a class a few years ago but then we threw it out when we got it back. But I have been meaning to start one and make sure I achieve everything on it. So here are some of mine: Go to New York City, go to Florida by myself or with one other person for a relaxing vacation, go to Florida with my family once I start one, swim with dolphins at some point during my life. I can't think of anymore right now, but I know I have a bunch. Thanks for reminding me of this!

I would like to have kids, have grandkids, buy a house, travel outside the US, and above all spend more time with family and friends (hard to now home is a 10 hour drive away).

I only plan to succeed in life after that if i can continue on i'd like to find out something that everyone will use and will help others. I think that's all i can and want to do. Other then that i wouldn't want to bungee jump because well life risking hehe. I already know how to ski but i'd like to continue skiing. I would like to go to paris france and Japan.
I'd like to get a university degree at harvard :S (well it's too late for me to do this now )

My life list:
1. Have my own car (jaguar or BMW will be ok)
2. Buy my mom her own house
3. Have my own penthouse
4. Have my own bodyguard
5. A business that provides an ample income to sustain my living
6. Travel abroad, see different places

this is a good idea! theres so much i want to do in life, but i wonder if ill ever do it. maybe if i make a list and start accompolishing things on it, ill feel better about myself and WANT to make more of an effort to do more with my life.
