Too bad, dear. Those must've been tough moments for you. So you stayed with your mom then? You're still better off from others, because you were permitted to go back to your mother. Others might've just been not as privileged as you.
At least, you're happy with our life now, I suppose.

I actually was almost faced with having to make this decision in high school. I love my daddy, but I would have to choose my mama. She and I have always had such a great relationship and my daddy and I have always been a little distant. That would not have been a tough decision for me.

Gee, I think that decision would depend a lot on the child's relationship with each parent. Some children are closer to one parent than the other. If it had happened to me (thank God it didn't) I would have gone with my mother. My Dad was a hard worker trying to provide for his family, but that meant he wasn't around much, so I didn't really know him very well! In addition, Dad would not have known how to help me with girly things like hair styles, flirting and female problems. That would sure be a hard decision to have to make, though, wouldn't it?
