how can i manage with my friend in office

My girl friend has been working in a call center. All of her colleagues have habituated to live enjoyfully. It is very normal thing to them that going to pubs and enjoying all the night. My friend don't like that all. My friend don't bother how they enjoyed. But out of them one women often come to my friend and saying that to which pub she went and how she spent all the time and how he met guys there. But my friend'd don't have any interest in it. She don't have any idea how to stop all this. What is your idea.
