rapidshare still the best..

I understand the frustration of free service users who are complaining about download "quota" limit. However, the complain about speed is not universal. Some users are complaining long downloads getting slower over time even with premium account; this problem most likely arises from ISPs doing speed throttling for users who are hogging the network. Many ISPs throttle download speed of popular websites that generates heavy traffic, Rapidshare has nothing to do with it. From my personal experience, I can say that rapidshare gives best UPLOAD speed which is most important for people who are taking time to share content. One thing that is bugging me though is the Rapidget download manager for premium accounts sometimes fail to properly resume paused downloads, and results in corrupt archives (zip, rar). I haven't tried other download managers, yet.
