I belive bill clinton is the best since his administration skills are extra ordinary the dealing of issue had patience and in effective manner comparing to george w bush.Clinton is the best.waht do u say guys ??

I don’t know the internal dealings of the Government, the social laws in place and how beneficial it is to the country, which is the most important thing for a President/Prime minister. Though from an outside point of view, seems like Clinton was more beneficial to the agenda.
