about rain, how rain is formed?

what exactly makes rain?

water bodies with water get evaporated by sun's heat and then this vapor because of its light weight gets collected in clouds. Then the cloud carrying this water once burst out dropping the water it carries in the form of rain when the weight of due becomes more.
