Neither. Cereal makes me super hyer. I use to eat corn flakes and they were so good. I can't eat them now.

why cant you eat corn flakes? corn flakes does have any suger in it

Don't they add other ingredients to cereal and corn flakes? I seem to have problems with wheat, also, like bran flakes.
