lost car keys

my daughter just lost the only car key that we have to her Honda. Does anyone know how much it costs and just how we go about replacing it?

call a Honda dealership and ask them.

This is the best thing. A locksmith could oppen your door, but you'd have to hot wire your own car just to drive it. The cost of a new key depends on the dealership.

If thats the only key you have then the best way is go to get aanother brand new key lock for your car as you might risks to let other to stael your car with the lost key he/she have. Its good ideas to make a police report as well.

You can approach the company fom where you purchased the Car. OR you can clall a fitte who is expet in duplicate key making. I too lost my car key and I got it made from a shop who are experts in making duplicate key in Chennai, India.

not sure for honda, but my inlaws lost there keys for their volvo and it cost them over 100 because of the alarm.craZy.....good luck
