This job is so annoying!! but what can i do?

it been almost a year woking but doesn't not see any improvement here. Such as didn't increase my salaries, and met some annoying people here, this is so unfair!!! they choose people here, let say if they don't like you instead of other cashiers, they won't increase anyone's salaries although u worked so long here or even u r hardworking. The management is so lousy here! sucks!!! and most probably the cooperation between the staff here is not so good, only knows how to order people and step behind you! and even put spy on you, report everthing what u did in every minute, every moment, even u r in the toilet! what should i do about this? please, give me some advice~
